Where's to get application to become a citizenship on online? Not too pricy!?

I am going to applying become US citizenship! So help me find a right price and a good service.

I think it costs $400 to even do it yourself- my husband, a LEGAL immigrant has looked into it and finds it somewhat expensive. Maybe he can just let his green card run out and hope for 'amnesty'- jk!
The fees are set by the government . you can't barter for the right price.
The form is free. The filing fee is $400 and will be going up dramatically on July 30
