You will have to file a family based petition (as she is now an immediate relative because she is your wife) form I-130, as well as an adjustment of status application I-485. Im from Chicago and these can get filed together. Depending on how she entered the country, she may also apply for an employment authorization (form I-765), and advance parole which will aloow her to travel while her application is pending (form I-131). You will have to show immigration proof of a legitimate marriage as well as a sufficient income to be able to sponsor her. I would contact and immigration lawyer but if she was never here illegally it will probably not be hard for her to become a citizen you just have to apply for a petition for her to come here legally but if she was here illegally then it might be harder and I would contact an immigration lawyer because these things can be a headache on your own am going through the same thing except I havent married yet.
file the I-130 and I-485 application. go to www.uscis.gov. that will get her the green card or permanent residence. after 3 years she can apply for citizenship
