They can have strict penalties for them if theyre caught.Jail, fines, etc...They can improve theyre situation somehow so that they wont leave.
they wont help stop it. they want the American money. they print up cartoon books telling illegals how to get here illegally.
1.) Mexico exports it's Poor +$$$$ Mexico as a Nation has fail to do for it's people.

Why do they care? They are ironically trying to keep illegal immigrants from entering their own country from the south, because Mexico is better than Central America.
Your question ought to be "What will the Mexican government do to stop Mexicans from coming to America?". Nothing. Why should they. The Mexican government can't take care of its own people now. Those that go across the border are those they do not have to deal with!
They could stop instructing and encouraging their citizens to break the law and come here. They can fix their country so their citizens will want to stay.
However, don't hold your breath since this will NEVER happen. The US is one of their biggest resources since BILLION of dollars are sent back to Mexico each year. In addition, they don't have to educate and take care of their illiterate poor. They dump their problems on us! (I am not saying that all are illiterate and poor. However, many are)

If Mexico started to use real Silver as money, it wouldn't take very long before the Mexican peso was more valuable than the U.S. dollar, and at the same time stop inflation in Mexico...Which in the long run would make the country of Mexico more prosperous, and stop people from leaving to seek higher paying jobs.

It would not be too hard. Try having soldiers not on the take at the border on the Mexican side. It would also be nice if they worked with our border patrol on stopping the steady flow into our country. But most of all, they could improve the quality of life for the Mexican people where there is not a need to leave to come to America.
They know they are dumping their garbage and problems on us. Radio stations in mexico have broadcasts during the day that tell them how to get into America illegally. Problem is America makes no effort to combat this. Sad really
