Why can't 80% of Mexican citizens own property legally?
Answer:
Because 20 percent of the population (white Spaniards) own all of that property and wont give it up to any brown skinned mexican .

Well, i live in Mexico and all the people i know own property legally, sometimes there is this thing called infonavit which takes money out of your payment and that is the way you pay a house but i believe is no longer than 8 years it's like 5
