Always respond to an RFE (request for evidence) with more info. than they ask for. I would also provide affidavits from friends and family stating that they know you as husband and wife, they attended your wedding, you talk often of your wife, you email/call often, anything that they can say that would show that they believe that it is a genuine marriage based on love. I could give you a few names of some folks here on the east coast but that wouldn't help. Let me guide you in the right direction. I would first look at referrals (friends & family). Perhaps they can steer you in the right direction. If all else fails research attorneys on the internet and based upon your research and initial interview you can make the informed decision on who to hire. I-130's aren't exactly popular so you will need a specialized attorney to handle such a case.
