What's the most developed latin american country in your opinion?
Answer:
Base on GNP and a distribution of wealth index, Argentina is number one, followed by Chile. [See source.]
Having just recently (Feb 2007) come back from Buenos Aires, AR, I can attest to the fact that the city at least is a very rich and wonderful city. It is clean, full of parks and wide boulevards, has wonderful hotels and restaurants, and its people are well clothed and prosperous looking.
Toss up between Florida and Baja Calipornia
That's a tough one..but I'd probably go for Brazil or Chile. They are among the most economically developed. Chile is perhaps one of the most stable politically (at least at this point in time).
Spain
The U.S.
Santa Fe, New Mexico
Argentina?
Brazil?
Ah, let me see now,,It has to be either,Ah, Ah, Texas, New Mexico or California. But if I were to choose right now, I'd have to say California.
Chili is the most prosperous and is rated 39th in education

To mark j and bettyboop: Spain is in Europe!. SPAIN - EUROPE/ SPAIN-EUROPE/ SPAIN IN EUROPE! It's part of the EU. How many times does this have to be emphasized?
The question is about Latin America.
The most developed country in Latin America by the way is Chile, but Brazil is gradually catching up.
Chile, economically and politically speaking. Brazil appears as the most developed one, but it's just because is bigger.
