My friend came to the US illegally back in 2001 when he was 13 years old because of fear of being killed due to his beliefs in Christianity in a catholic dominant country. At that time he did not know he could apply for an asylum case until now that he was referred to an Immigration Court. His hearing is in August, if his case is denied. can he re appeal the decision? How long will it take to reach a final decison?

even the death penalty is appealed why couldn't this be?? did he come alone or with his parents?
