Really confused about immigration laws! Please, if somebody can, help me!?

I am a romanian woman married with an US citizen in Italy. I cannot even visit him... not to talk about getting a life there with my daughter and him. The US embassy from here denied our visas. What should we do, please, if somebody knows what should I do, tell me. Thank you very much for your help! We are very much in love, and these months of separation drive us crazy!

Answer:
Was the petition sent back to USCIS for revocation? Did you receive a 221g that gave you any idea as to why?

You can read more on these processes

GUIDANCE ON PETITION REVOCATIONS @ http://travel.state.gov/visa/laws/telegr...

9 FAM (Visas) - Section 40.0 of the Foriegn Affairs Manual Specific to revocation: @ http://foia.state.gov/regs/fams.asp?leve...

Have you gotten yourself a lawyer to guide you through this? If not, that is the first thing perhaps you should do. If the petition was sent back to USCIS for revocation, it is a long process but your husband hopefully will get the opportunity to have his say eventually. When the petitioner (your husband) receives notification of denial from the USCIS the notice will state if it can be appealled and which office to appeal to.

I wish I had a more positive answer for you. You can find support and further information at http://www.familybasedimmigration.com/fo...

All the best to you
My Filipina friend is married to an American. To go to the states, they had to apply for fiance visa for them to get married again in the States. They had to get the services of a lawyer I think, but, in the end, they were able to go. Give it a shot. Your husband should try to find ways and means to get the two of you together again.
It's actually very simple - fill out the proper paperwork before you try to come to America. If you don't you can have a problem. If your Visas were denied, there must be a reason (e.g., entering the country illegally, overstaying a prior Visa, etc...)

Most of the time there is a legitimate reason. The cause of the problem is typically the applicant, not the embassy. Sorry but people usually blame the wrong person.

You are mentioning several countries. This is a question for an attorney, not a bunch of people on the Internet.
