Yes many countries of the world bought slaves from Africa.
The Africans were sold by their own tribal chiefs. As humans developed in to a better race, slavery was considered wrong and was abolished my most forward thinking governments.
Throughout history humans have made mistakes and then learned from them.
Mexicans are not slaves since they seem to come and go regardless of borders or laws.
We let too many illegals into our country and now we the people have learned by our mistakes.

The land of the free applies to those who are here LEGALLY. Yes, Africans were slaves along time ago...did you ALSO know that many people from many cultures came here willingly along time ago to be slaves to gain their citizenship? I bet you didn't.pick up a history book.

Well. First I'm going to say they aren't really willing to work as slaves. My husband and his family are immigrants.
