What should i do in this situation?
Now the problem is we are moving back to Malaysia permanantly in a few months. If my son enter Malaysia with a Australian Passport, he can only stay for 90 days, But can he leave Australia with a brand new unstamped Malaysian Passport? note, my son has traveled with an Australian Passport back to Malaysia for a one month holiday last year. Now we are going back permanantly for good, obviously he can't use his Australia Passport this time.
A friend told me that he can try to exit Australia with the Aust. passport , then enter Malaysia with the Malaysian passport. Is that possible.?

That is the whole point of having dual citizenship. Having 2 passports. Your son may apply for a passport here:**

And yes, he may leave Australia with an Australian Passport and enter Malaysia on a Malaysian Passport. Just do not forget to renew his Australian passport so he may use this in traveling to other countries where he will not need a visa because of his Australian citizenship.

You need to be talking to the Malaysian High Commission in Australia.
