What will happen if the kids of an american citizen father is not yet register as an american citize?
Answer:
Not sure what you're asking , but I assume this happened in a foreign country.
If the mother and father are living together, he can register his child's birth at the local embassy, and the child will be considered a US citizen. The child is the one that needs to be registered not necessarily the father.
If the father returned to the US and had not done so, it is almost impossible to proof that the child is of an American citizen.
depends on if the kids were born here or not ??but that is hard to know if they are not, good luck
are the children citizens, if they are you have nothing to worry about
If you are born here YOUR A CITIZEN if one of your parents is a citizen the childI IS A CITIZEN.
Where were the kids born. If they were born here they are citizens HOWEVER, take care of MOM!
if the kids were born in the us, then they will become american citizen automatically.
if they were born outside the country and not yet register and they are not american citizen yet.
however if they're registered then they will be the citizen of the country that they were born and also american citizen.
