easiest way to report a illegal immigrant is to call the police, they should take care of the rest. however, i don't see why Canadians want to jump the boarder to the U.S. They have about the same resources (a lot more oil then us), they don't have a dumb president, and they are not in a war where they can't pull out. The U.S is also lossing a huge amount of middle class jobs to china.

Like the other user said, call your local ICE office. If you call the police nothing will really happen. The police do not go to a four month immigration enforcement academy, therefore, they cannot determine citizenship on anyone. They may know he is illegal but most agencies will not waste their time and money waiting for ICE or Border Patrol to arrive and pick up the alien. Sad but true. Look up a number at www.ice.gov or at www.cbp.gov under border patrol. If you live in the northern border there is a chance that there is a border patrol station near you.
Just call the polica they will advise you how to do that .It is the same in Canada .I know two Americans living here that are not legal either
