this is a very difficult question to answer. you can apply at the canadian embassy. since you are from iraq and speak english, it will be easier for you to come to canada. however, your age may be a bit of a problem. if you speak french, i would advise you to try applying to go to quebec as it is easier for you to get accepted by the quebec immigration official and they have great newcomer support programs. speaking both languages will help you greatly.
the other thing you need to know is that you will not be able to practice pharmacy here. you will have to pass the equivalency test to get your license to do so. it takes a lot of time and i hear it is very difficult to pass.
