She needs to take her birth certificate and other important information and go to the local county department of social services.

You fill out the application, she signs it and goes through an interview. They give her a card, and she uses it at the grocery like an atm card.
yes she can apply. google "food stamp application' and you will find it.
Go to social services. I don't know if she can apply. You can call & have them send a booklet to her.
Just go down to City Hall and they'll tell you.
Virginia has this one right on the button.
Yes she can. She would have to go to the local welfare office. Sometimes it is called an "Assistance Office." If she calls them, they can even mail out an application. She can fill it out in advance and then just bring it with her to the office. She may want to check with her local office, but ours is walk-in and first come first served so get there early. Our hours start at 7 am. Hope this helps and good luck to you both.
she needs to go to the dept of social services, from there you can ask where you go to apply for food stamps she also might be eligable to apply for public assistance which can help her out with a certain amount of money a month.
She can if she meets the states qualifications. She or someone in the family should contact the local DHRS (department of human resource) in her area. They will tell you if she can. They will count not only her income, but her other assets as well, such as the value of her home, any vehicles she may have and so on.
she can apply. but, to their standards she might get to much money to get food stamps. you will need to go to the office and make an appointment and keep the appointment. my mom retired and all they want to give her is $30.00 dollars a month. it makes no since, people who worked all their lives and payed into the system can't get help when they are old and retire. she also pays out the rear for her meds every month. good luck. just keep the appointment.
I,m sure she Qualifies, call your Local Government Office.
Go to the Department of Family and Childrens Services and apply. Bring proof of income and bills that are paid, and bring ID and proof of address.
