Again DF it is all about Power ! The groups that you are talking about all have underlying motives that will gain them control over over the regular ,hard working ,tax paying American man and woman. Just as the aclu is communist based , any other group that has a "feel good" agenda , or has one that makes you feel "guilty or ashamed" that you have , and someone else has not , then this tears down the fiber of your being and your will to be successful ! Once they have weaken your will to be proud and satisfied with what you have worked hard and saved for ; then they have you included in the masses` of dependents` that depend solely on them , and not yourselves for your decision making ! In other words , welfare , or any government program that becomes a mind set or a creates` a false necessity for you to survive on , then you are under their Power ! All of these groups have as an agenda to tear down the USA as it is now so they can be in POWER , this is their agenda and we should never let that fact vanish ! America offers each and everyone of us 2 choices as citizens ; to be or not to be successful . If you are one of the citizens that has chosen to be successful , then you are who they are coming after ! The way I look at it , it is not my fault that I have worked hard and have provided my family with the comforts of life that I want them to enjoy , and someone else chose to meander their way through their life choosing to stand on a street corner until they are 30 years old , and then complain about what someone that has worked hard all their life has , and they don`t have the same thing ! When these groups of people you are asking the question about can seize the moment with these have not`s , and create discord among the 2 groups of people , then they are attaining their goal of gaining control of the masses` ! When they have control , they have Power ! So ; for all the hard working True American`s out there remember this , we are the 80% that carries this Nation on our back`s , and these groups that think that the 20% that are leeches`on the "system" can be turned into a spreading cancer need to be cured right now !! Sir,you are very misinformed about us Americans. Just because you're illegal doesn't make you a criminal.Not all Americans are greedy money grabbing @ssholes with dollar signs in their eyes.
We've always fought for the underdog and for those who can't defend themselves.A crisis? Yet there are American business owners who will gladly hire illegals to do the work that native born Americans won't.
Look at it from the illegal's point of view. If your family made the sacrifice to send you here so you can find work and send money home,you'll do almost anything ,especially if your family is hungry. A crisis..Hmmmmm.
I'm not just talking about Mexicans but ALL illegals. They come here to work for a season,make money to send home ,then go back home to do it all over again next year.The money they send home comes out to about $20 billion a year,and yet they make business owners more than another $50 billion. Where the heck is all that extra money? They don't get food stamps or medical services. If they get hurt on the job,it's strictly home remedies because they know that if they show up at a hospital,they get detained by local law enforcement and get taken and deported by Border Patrol.
Wish I knew the answer to that myself.
They mention that America is the land of immigrants, which is true. But they are avoiding the issue of being illegal and try to play the race and sympathy cards!!
I guess we all have our own reasons.Mine is my family was very hurt by an illegal and the laws didn't protect us.Laws need to be changed FOR our protection.Do I hold this against ALL illegals here? No I don't instead I became involved in groups and had my family get involved so we didn't flinch in fear every time we saw someone who reminded us of this particular individual.Also I have one of my 4 sons who takes after his fathers side and "looks"like many perceive an illegal looks.He is Native American and has suffered many abuses for "looking" like a particular group of people.I worry for him every time he walks out my door.My son is an honor student and an all around good kid but he's had people chase him with cars and rocks thrown at him.Besides the vile name calling.This whole issue is getting way out of hand and needs to come to some type of end.Hopefully before someone gets hurt or killed.

That committed the mass murders in American school , that ones most associated with in- discriminate murder (such as) at the University of Texas, I think you best look in the mirror to find your answer.
Because I think they are essentially good-hearted people who have been seriously deluded by their own compassion. That said, there's a difference, to me, between giving someone a helping hand, and giving them a blank check. About 12 million people have illegally crossed our borders, and I think this is both criminal and insulting to those who have waited in line and paid the price and strained to earn their legal citizenship.
No amnesty for criminals; none. And those who cry "racism" should go someplace else to play that hand; it won't work here anymore.

America has several visa of which the temporary seasonal worker is easy to apply for and also everyone is entitled to it. Why do illegal immigrants not even both with the paper work and think that they have the right to jump to the top of the queue when other people have spent the time to apply. Americas problem seems to split over Hispanics in the south and Europeans in areas like New York.
There is no reason why anyone should be an illegal immigrant in the USA. The excuse of poor family just doesn't hold water as they could easily apply for a work permit and work legally in the USA. It is for selfish reason only and as such I personally feel they should not be allowed.

Lots and lots conservatives are arguing vehemently against the bill. It is not a question that it is trouble and is in trouble, for it is and will surely die a hard death in the House IF the Senate passes it.
Bush can cry if he wants to, but he won't get a chance to sign this flawed bill and benefit illegal aliens indiscriminately.

People, don't be stupid. AMERICANS DONT WANT ILLEGALS! We don't care about immigration as long as it is done proprely. If a family gets broken up because someone is illegal, it is simply the illegal person's fault. If everyone else is legal, why should you be any different.

I think it is at least partially because there seems to be an obsession with "argument" these days. I've noticed that often the opposition to what we once called "common sense" is rampantly spreading.
Check out Alan Colmes. The man will sit there and argue endlessly over matters we all know are simply common sense. Such people don't even recognize how foolish they look anymore. I believe some of them may someday argue themselves out of their own existence. Like, Poof! just disappear on live television.
They believe the lies and hypocrisy that all Americans have the same opportunities and have no unfair competition or obstacles to employment they can't remove on their own. Therefore there really must be tons of really lazy Americans on welfare and all these empty jobs to fill. And if that's the case we must have to let in all these poor foreigners who need work. It's only logical right? But in reality welfare reform happened 12 or more years ago and it's akin to slavery (working for whoever the welfare department contracts for 50 cents an hour or thereabouts) and it's not enough to pay rent or anything. Most people who are on or try to get welfare are poor single mothers and their kids and are on it a limited time. Most people who are uneducated didn't have the time or money to go to college. Most people out of work are not on welfare. They are not out of work for a lack of trying. Most at some point would do any job to make ends meet, even if they ended up doing something else later. Even if you have a fraction of the unemployed that are lazy able bodied people cheating the system and refusing to do anything but their dream job, that doesn't represent most out of work workers or underemployed people. So this doesn't necessitate bringing in back up from another country.
Not this American, I do all in my life and power to humiliate and deunify the illegals. Very easy also, takes about a 6th grade education level to break them. HaHaHaHaHa...
