I see what appears to be illegals everywhere. How can I tell if they are illegal before I report them?
I know you will ask 'why do I think they're here illegally?' They can't speak English, there are many of them doing cash jobs like lawn service, etc.
I am near Chicago where a lot of the illegals live and protested on May Day with the protection of our police departments.

You can just just tell them, of your suspicions, and leave the rest up to them. Same as when you call the Police and report
any suspicious activity. I wear my Border Patrol Cap, its even
easier for me to tell. I have heard Chicago is now referred as
Little Mexico. You should concentrate, on your local Government as this Point.

"appears to be" is NOT good enough.If you report someone (who is a citizen) and their life gets turned upside down, you may get sued, you don't want to take that risk, do u?

ICE will only act if you have convincing proof that the party you are reporting is really illegal
if you report on a mere hunch, they will not bother with you at all
and if you waste their time by making them investigate a legal family, you will undoubtedly be punished in some way
I hope you would be heavily penalized for not minding your own business and sued by the person you ASSUME to be illegal for getting into someones business. Hey, you can try that with me then you will see.

You can't tell if they're illegal unless you walk up to one of them and ask.

There are plenty of legal residents who also don't speak English and take menial jobs.
Write your congressmen and urge them to work to enforce current laws. Urge them to end welfare state to illegals. Urge them to punish the corporations hiring illegals. When the incentives go away, you won't have to worry about a lot of illegals on your streets.

You can find out where they work and report the business.
If it's a lawn service, there should be a name on their truck or
trailer. I don't believe they will come after one sole person.
You have to get to the source of their employment, where
there will be others milling about.
The fact that they talk together in Spanish is a common
thing tho. But if you were to ask them if they loved America
maybe that would make them scatter. That's if they understood your English. You could say, Viva America LOL.
Yes, we had the protest parades also and they also had
supervision by the city police. Kids were even allowed out
of school to walk in the parades with their parents. It would
have been the perfect time to round them up. But they say
there is not enough police. No one thought of the National
Guard I guess. I don't think we'll see any more parades soon.

They are always driving slow on the freeway so the state police won't pull them over and deport them. Look for crappy cars going 5 under the speed limit and make the call.

Report them – the more reports our government gets, the more they will understand that we are no longer standing by while our country is over taken by people who care less about our laws.
ICE has not processed 12 -15 million hispanics over the last few years, if they are hispanics odds are that hey are here illegally.

Yes, I think in some places you can/might be sued for reporting them. Ever since the lawyers started making it a crime to use common-sense (profiling).
I profile all the time. We all live in a world now where a bunch of religious freaks are on a mission to cut off as many heads as they can. I know what they look like.
