How about trading sterilization to illegals in exchange for social services after one child?

I mean, if we just keep on heaping free money at their feet, what's to stop them from continuing to have children for cash? Even if we Norplanted the illegal women so they couldn't have kids for five years, that would help some, right? Seeing the legions of Mexican women pushing double strollers around So. CA supermarkets while a third child pushes the grocery cart up to the check out and a fourth helps his pregnant mom tear out the WIC coupons is just wrong. A sterilization program would save all of us money, reduce poverty and disuade illegals from having extended families that they cannot afford (but we can).

...you would think the first step in applying for WIC or any government program would be to prove your citizenship...

I like this soulution. But be prepared for the pro-illegals and illegals to start calling you a racist, and inhumane.

No, I don't think sterilization is the answer. Personally, I think the best solution would be to end the anchor-baby laws by correctly interpreting the constitutional amendment that deals with this issue. We would also need to rescind the citizenship of children born to illegal aliens.
To bad your folks did not have that option before you were born.

Good idea but it won't work just like LBJ's Great Society which has failed miserably.
I would cut off all financial aid for illegals except for emergency medical treatment, and when their medical emergency has been treated, deport them. Legal Americans are being robbed, and if it continues we will revolt.
Why should we help them? Sterilization is still technically helping them. If illegals want to continue having children.. let them do it. BUT, as soon as they enter the hospital to have them.. they should let them have the child and then deport them.

Also, if a woman is pregnant, she should not be allowed in the US. If she is married, her husband shouldn't be allowed either. Population decrease and no more anchor babies.

See, not doing them any services and it works out for everyone.
