It did not pass. Neither did the Senate version.

They are starting over, and there are various bills introduced and about to be introduced in the new session.
You can easily check any legislation at the Library of Congress.

What is HR 4437? If it is with the current congress, I doubt they have gotten to the high numbers yet for bills.
