call immigrations. you wont have any problems as long as your legal and stay legal.
You have to have a work Visa to work here. It also depends on what job field your wanting to go into. Some jobs are VERY hard to come by any more, and the basic labor jobs don't pay very well and their conditions are kind of poor.
you need to apply for a work visa before you come. and you have a better chance of getting a work visa if you have a documented job offer. so first get the job, then get the visa, then buy a plane ticket and come on over. better if you have a college degree. we have enough McDs employees.
If your on a tourist visa, you really shouldn't be working. I do understand if you do some odd jobs to help pay fo the trip. I question the legality. I think if you manage to land a job here, some companies might be able to sponser you. You might need to ask more on this though. I am not too familiar with this.
If you are on a tourist visa you arent allowed to work. That would invalidate your visa and make you illegal in which you couldnt get citizenship without leaving and applying again.

You need a work visa. I believe you also have to prove you can do a job that a American can't do.
If you come as a visitor you cannot work. That's it. You cannot bring your family if you work illegaly and cannot be a citizen if you started everything as a criminal.
