Answer:
If your already Married, then a K-3 visa is what you need to do...any other visa will not work because of your marridge to a foreign national...
Immigration visas are also the visas for your relatives. However there are different categories. F1,2,3,4. My uncle brought us here so we were filed under F4 VISA. I do not have any knowledge about F1,2,3.
+Other types of Visas are work visa in Employment Category.
+There are also student visa. Tourist visa or visitor visa. I think they should just shut of visitor visas because old grand ma and grand pa come from INDIA to US and they never go back!
K-3 is the visa you file for your spouse. Your spouse cannot receive perminent residence until you spend at least two years together. But, since your spouse will have a conditional residence during that time, he can work and he is considered as a legal perminent resident. As far the processing time goes, visa types has priorities. US citizen's spouse and minor children has the first priority. Then US Citizen's parents, perminent resident's spouse and children. For more information of which category you should file and what priority you might have, check travel.state.gov
Immigration visa is applied to immigrate to a country, so that you can go there and work . It is a sort of a legal tender that the government of both the countries(your home country and the one for which you are applying) give you to go and work and get settled there.
on the contrary , visa for spouse is one which is applied when your spouse is working in the other country and you asks for the permission of the government to go and live with your spouse . in that case too you get an immigration visa. but the reason is different.
go back to your country and find a better job .
