Employer Sponsor Question?

My husband (a US Citizen) urgently wants to hire my brother-in-law from another country to be a manager for his new company as he is very skilled. What forms do we file and what are the necessary steps? Thanks.

(monster),,your husband can sponsor his brother either as a family member or an employer,go work out which one is easiest at usics for their personal situation,then get the form . Dont download them from usics,they charge they are free else where..If he needs his brother quickly the quicker of the 2 is family visa,employment visas are pretty much all gone until 09 and then you still have to wait in line you could be first..but last will mean up to another 3 yr wait...Oh for what its worth, i believe FAMILY is much more important than COUNTRY, ..YOU MUST ALWAYS PUT FAMILY FIRST...boomers not got any he was hatched !! ha ha Good luck xx
Your husband needs to be more loyal to his own country. Take care of home first, your brother-in-law symbolizes a trust factor I am sure. Still, it is not right. Not the way things are today in this country. I am sure you know the answer to your question. Interesting you wanted to air this in this forum.
