Yes, they should. Let them apply the proper way. We can then put them through a proper screening that would include a background check, health screening, and establish them into our system. This should also include a check to make sure that they never used someone else's social security number or birth certificate, that's a bigger crime than coming over the border illegally.

Yes they should, but the problem is that 30-50% of the illegals are criminals in their own country and most of them here, and they would never pass a complete background check,,,so they would never return on their own, even if they had a chance to become Americans,,they have to pass a background and most of them will not pass,,plus too many are to cheap to pay money to do legally, so they will remain here and continue bleeding the system...
ABSOLUTELY. They should be sent home. All of the past immigrants that are here legally came through the proper channels. If you start the immigrant off by allowing them to break the law, doesn't it set a precedence the they can get away with breaking the law anytime it is convenient for them to do so. Make them follow the process, it is safer for us and them.
