Litigation for H1 visa transfer, plz Help.?

What if a person holding a H1 for Company 'A', applies for an H1 transfer through Company 'B', and once the transfer is approved, he changes his mind and doesn't join this company 'B'. Can he continue to work for his original company 'A'?
if yes, what is the process to follow.

Answer:
No, he can't.

As soon as he leaves Company A, his visa is no longer valid. If he wants to work for original Company A again, he will have to start the visa application process all over.
probably depends on whether company a wants to help you out or not

there's a decent chance they would rather make an example of you

H-1b exists to keep IT workers down

why would any of us care about you?
