It's part of their culture. There are some hispanic men who are decent, but alot of them are animals with raging hormones. I work around them every day. I know from what I see, they do not have the same morals and standards as true Americans.
Because they find themselves very macho, and irresistible to women. They are really mixed up...
The main ones I've noticed doing this are the ones from Mexico (Mexican born)...you know, the ones who dress like cowboys and wear button up shirts with the top 4 or 5 buttons unbuttoned to show off their macho chests.
They just know a "hoe" when they see one.
