you have a very strange view of the average American. Most of us are working. And paying taxes. The Mexican government is responsible for the poverty in Mexico and the American government is responsible for not enforcing immigration laws.
Not all illegal aliens are hard workers. Some of them are crowding our emergency rooms and social service offices. Some of them are in jail for selling drugs, drunk driving and child molesting. Some of them are waving the Mexican flag around. If Mexico is so special, go back there.

Americans cannot get the free clothes, food, housing, medical, education & not pay taxes so it is impossible for them to support a family on the wages of the illegals. It is ONLY because of money that the illegals are favored....After the raids on Swift & a few of the illegals arrested Swift raised wages and many, many Americans applied for & took the jobs.

Interesting thing was on the Tube the other night. News thangy. Depicting a seriously injured VET of the current war. Tank rolled over on him. They thought he would die. He made it but ...her's like a guy who had a tank roll over on him. Crushed. This guys is out of the service and gets $250 a month for his service of America trouble. It seems to me that a lot of the tax money going to pay for say, 100,000 Mexicano babies yearly in California alone, would do nicely to help this man who fought and nearly died for us. He will live on, watching his country fodder to illegal opportunists who take more than they give ...and wonder why? I know I wonder myself.

well..a local employer employs illegal immigrants in a buisiness where i live, and those persons work for less than minimun wage...get treated like dirt...and whatever else ignorant happens to them they have no choice but to take the crap...but if they were to come to the states LEGALLY, then they could get better paying jobs and not settle for less paying jobs and live in crappy run down homes with no utilties or cars....and not have to listen to the citizens of the states talk crap about illegal immigrants

Do you know what's funny to me? The paper publicizes these raids and print like 500 or 700 immigrants rounded up. Man, they have no clue what little dent (if any) these publicized raids are doing. Sure, it's causing fear among the mexicans but that's it. It really hasn't changed a darn thing. There's too many and every day and night more keep coming.
