I would like my in-laws to visit my wife and I. They live in The Ukraine.?

Do I need to write an invitation letter. To whom do I address it and where do I send it?

Answer:
You do not need a letter of invitation, and you do not need the form saying you will support them if it is just for a visit. They must apply themselves, and prove that they will return to Ukraine from the US.

See http://kyiv.usembassy.gov/visa_faq_eng.h... for more specific information.

And good luck. It is very difficult for a Ukrainian to obtain a visa to the US.
You should find a travel agent that does alot of business with Russia, Ukraine, and they should have a special form that you need to fill out. You send it to your relatives in the Ukraine and they take it to the US embassy in the Ukraine when they apply for a visa.It states that you will be responsable for them when they are visiting. Good luck,my dad came from the Ukraine when he was 7 years old.
