Terrorism is caused by Islamic clerics that call for "jihad against (enter desired enemy here)" and people that are uneducated and rely on these clerics as compared to God.
Immigration is caused by a corrupt Mexican government that is so inept that it's country members leave to find a better life here. The Mexican government encourages it because a portion of the money earned here goes back to their pathetic economy and lightens their "load" of people to care for.

Open your eyes, we aren't that dense. Just because something happens at the same time does not mean that they are cause/effect linked.
However, the IRS needs to be transformed. It is overbloated and ineffective. Flat tax rate would cure that issue.
