Once you have been deported from a country then you will never be allowed to enter that country again its the same if youve been turnad down for a visa. my advice would be to tell tham to do as all the rest do and come in on the back of a lorry............
Depends how good they are at disguising themselves to sneak back in without us noticing, which many of them do.
Andy, Skip the UK. Their immigration laws are to stricked. Come to America via the Mexico boarder. If some how you get caught....You can just sneak across the next day or they will do something stupid like just give you a sitation and tell you to show up in immigration court... You say yes sir then disappear into the population where you live happily ever after. How in the hell did you get kicked ou of the UK? Must be a great story! You are my hero.

If someone is on a deportation order then they have to wait 3 years before they can apply to come back.If they were just removed then they can apply to come back anytime,but i don't know how long the process would take.I would think if their country enters the EU they would have more chance of comming back.

its at least three years befor eyou can apply for a revokation of deporttoioln. and if the country joins the EU it makes no difference. any nationality can be deported.
It depends on the circumstances. If you have no good reason to enter the UK legally, then never. If you have a partner in the UK or you are looking to study, then you can reapply, but it will be more difficult if you have been deported. If you are in an EU country, then it would probably give you a better chance of coming back, yes.
