If you get a college degree in america, can you move to spain and have a high quality of living?

How hard would it be to get a job if you speak english and spanish?

Answer:
If your not an European citizen then you need a visa to work in Spain.
You would be very happy. It is a great place. Spain allows immigrants to come in high demand occupations, such as engineering, etc.
Unless they need your Skill, it wont be so easy to get your
Work Permit. Follow the Laws , do it Legally.
