When 30 to 40 illegals live in the same house how does that bring land value down?

I hear all the time that neigborhoods get torn up and shoot to hell when land value goes to the hell by houses packed with 30 of 40 illegals, please explain.

Answer:
30 or 40 is i would say an exaggeration but 12-15 or even 20 maybe not.

People tryin to sell houses in those neighborhoods will have a very hard time getting anyone to buy them... so they will have to drop the price... which lowers the property value.
Think about it, would you want that next door to you?
I am not saying it is right, but if I own the house next door and need to sell it, who would buy it?
well, for one thing, it had better be an awful large house to house that many...there are codes in every city in regards to occupancy.
come to Miami,it will become clear
They don't settle in a good neighborhood, by the way.
So, the land value is already below zero there.
Most cities have laws against many unrelated persons living together. It is a safe assumption that that many people who are willing to live together are creating unsanitary conditions whether illegal or not. A damaged and disreputable house brings down property (not land) values.
I don't think 30 to 40 people could live in the same house but if they did than the house would be dirty and would need alot of new decorating. the value would definitely go down because they living here illegally
Absolutely! Just think about it, they live like animals. Their way of living is way below American standards. That's the reason why property value in East Los Angeles is very low.
MOST HOMES ARE NOT BUILT TO ACCOMMODATE THAT NUMBER OF BODIES
ok...tons of cars on the grass and down the streets from one house...unsanitary living conditions as our country has housing codes where only a certain amount of living space is approved for a certain amount of people...a one bedroom apt can only reasonably house 2-3 people at the most...not 15. you get the picture. also, the noise level from so many people, the trash from so many people...it's fair to also state that with that many people...and i'll be brave and state that most of them are young, well, there's probably sex going on on a large scale and with only 1 or 2 showers for 30-40 people...hm.it'd better be on a schedule for constant cleaning, which i would doubt...and probably lots of parties as i do know hispanics like their music and their beer...not being racial, just stating what i know
Use logic and the answer is obvious , even to innocent bystander.
Well, if I got out in my front yard to play with my daughters, 30 to 40 men will be out in their front yard. That would give me a very uncomfortable feeling. How could I see the house when every time I bring someone over there is a gang of people in the house across the street? The value would drop.
Too many cars no place to park, inevitable 'spilling out of the house' of goods, there are zoning laws on this that can be enforced, though. No one would let a neighbor have that many people in the house if they were white.

There was a little town in Georgia I read of last year that had illegal immigrants packed into trailor parks, etc. The sewage system failed from too much impact and the paper said it would cost over a million to fix - but there were only a few hundred legal residents of the town to pay for it.

I thought that was pretty sad.
