How long did it take for you to recieve your working papers, onces you filed your 130?



Answer:
When I applied (back in March 2005), the same day that I submitted the forms they gave me temporary card to be able to work in the US.
No too long ago one of my friends apply and she told me that it took her 45-60 days to get his work permit in the mail.

We are filing for something like that for my husband, My attorney said it would take 6 months to a year
My wife got hers in about 3 months.
Less than 45 days.
It really depends, on the country that you are coming from. I think
