You'll be able to check for all sorts of Customs and Border Protection jobs, and you can always narrow your search by using keywords like "customs inspector" or "border patrol", looking for certain geographic locations where positions are currently open, etc. They have new postings all the time. There may be other federal jobs that appeal to you when you look through the postings.

you need to go to the government website... www.us.gov and start there. this process takes almost a full year to complete, including extensive background check of you and your entire family, friends, and any roomates you've ever had. you do not get to choose your assignment, sorry. i mean...you could request it, but they don't hire people "to work at the border." you are part of a larger government agency and you go where they have a job for you...and where they tell you to go.
