That child is a citizen, whether or not they would do their civic duty is anyone's guess. They need to change this law ASAP! It encourages people to come here and do this and then it's that more difficult to send them back to where they come from. It's rewarding the parents in the long run for breaking the law and that is not right. I don't care where people come from they need to come here legally or go home!
Well, if you consider 18-20 years a "few" then maybe. Of course in the mean time you have to pay for their birth, their education, their medical needs and in some cases their babies.
