It really seems they just want to eliminate the middle class, cause a civil / race war and have the totalitarian government they've been passing all kinds of legislation to allow in an "emergency".
Allowing an organized foreign invasion of the USA is just clear-cut treason and that's exactly what they've done. It REALLY upsets me that America isn't more outraged and speaking out about this. This is very corrupt and very bad!!! Allowing such a huge invasion will absolutely damage the economy and culture. WE pay taxes to support the illegal, foreign slaves replacing us, while they save the "elite" money... and our neighborhoods become unsafe...
Allowing an organized foreign invasion of the USA does not make it right. It's against everything America stands for, The Constitution, immigration policies and laws that we have for a reason!!! The Constitution is based on Nationalism... "Globalism" is slavery and TREASON!!!
I think these crimes are more than misdemeanors. Also, The Patriot Act allows the government to do literally whatever they want with anyone who is a terrorist or has terrorist ties. Kind of scary for us, now that free speech against government corruption is being called terrorism quite often lately... Like I said... It doesn't even matter that much. If this amnesty passes, we'll have far worse crime, financial and cultural problems to deal with than just a few terrorist types...

Heck no he wouldn't. They don't allow just ANYBODY to get it. A lot of paperwork is involved in addition to massive background checks.
I'd like to hear from someone that works in INS that really knows the process.
You have no point here. He was a here legally. He broke the law for possessing a gun but wasn't here legally so he wouldn't qualify under this new law.
