Should these people be deported?
Answer:
Yes, they can earn their citizenship the way most of our ancestors did.
Yes. Because they are here illegally.
Yes, but they won't because they are afraid the ACLU will file a discrimination lawsuit against them.
Yes, because they are illegal and came into the country without proper papers. Also you as a a tax payer pay your taxes and its all going to the illegals
No question...Deport them.
The answer is simple. Yes. First, they broke the law by sneaking in, then they defied another law by having the audacity to drive without a license.
They should be deported because they're breaking the law just by being here not to mention every other law they're breaking. You think that because they received a citation they're going to stop driving without a license? How about the fact that they steal social security numbers to work here illlegally? I say send them back when they're caught breaking the law.
No they shouldn't. They do not even have a chance to get their D.L. The department of transportation should allow illegal immigrants to get their drivers license.
Round them up, lock them up and kick them out.
Yes,they have no right to be here.
i dnt understand america. these people come here to work and support there familys. no matter what they do. i dnt care if they selll drugs, steal ur "jobs' (HONESTLY I THINK THATS AN EXCUSE FOR PEOPLE THAT ARE TO LAZY TO GET OF THERE THREE HUNDRED POUND SELF AND GET A JOB) becuz if my family was starving, dying,or out on tha streets,i would do n.e thing to help the. to hell with all these immagration haters
Yes because they are lawbreakers and they have not just broken one law. We have federal three strikes you're out laws and illegal aliens break at least three laws each time they enter the country illegally.
of course, why shouldn't they be deported? THEY ARE LIVING HERE ILLEGALLY!!
Yep!
they are criminals deport them we have enough of our own in jail/prisons tax dollars Give them a bible and send them back
Yes they should and if they'd just enforce the laws regarding immigration they would be deported. We don't need any immigration bills. We need the laws we already have to be put into play.
Well, for sure two laws have been broken, how many more? Does it take murder or rape to get Americans riled up about law breaking?
No, they should not be deported.
yes we have these problems in england they should not be here legally or illegally we dont want them
Since when does driving without a license get equal standing with rape or murder? What do you think should happen to the other 14 the death penalty?I guess I just don't get your reasoning.
Yes, they should. The majority of the citations were for illegal aliens, isn't that indicative of the problem here? They have no regard for our laws.
The degree of crime doesn't matter..deport.
Violent offenses are rampant as well.
Yes.
Yes deport all illegals.
They should be deported back to Canada.
Yes!
And not simply because they were driving without licenses--that is a minor offense--they should be deported because they are here illegally and have NO RIGHT to be in the US.
Can a police officer pull you over to check that you're wearing your seatbelt? No, but if he pulls you over for another reason, he can ticket you for it if he notices you're not buckled up. The same reasoning applies in this situation...
In addition to citing them for driving without a license, they should have said "Oh, and I see you're here without a visa or green card as well!" and shipped their butts back home! You don't just write the citation and let them walk away! Whether they are here from Mexico, Germany, or any place in between, illegal is illegal is illegal, and they should not be here.
No not just for driving without a license. What about the citizens that did it too. What would we do to them?
YOU DIDN'T NEED A VISA TO GET IN THROUGH ELLIS ISLAND!! It was much easier to get in "legally" then than it is now. So of course they shouldn't be deported.
Of course they should be deported. Being here illegally means they dont belong here. Of course, that doesnt mean that they cant try going through the same process that LEGAL immigrants do to come here
A better question would be, *if they havent been deported yet, why not?*
