How to apply for permanent residency after my conditional resident visa expires?

I am still married to my husband and so I know he has to sign something, does that paper need to be notarized?. I need the link to that form and I want to know what will happen afterwards? Can they still summon me for another interview? or do they just send me my Permanent card in the mail?

You would need to apply using form I-751 3 mths prior to your conditional residency expiration date. Along with this form you will have to submit proof that the marriage in tack as you did for the first interview in addition you will have to submit 3 notarized letters from persons that know you and your husband and can attest that the marriage is a legitimate marriage and not one to defraud INS. Good Luck!
