If they are illegal aliens we could nail them up in crates with alot of padding and sent them back to where they came from. Personally I am not in favor of protecting them and wouldn't use the padding.

Which foreigners are you referring to? The ones who came here legally, probably don't need your protection. So you can relax the police, and immigration will leave them alone, they can easily get jobs that pay a fair wage, and they had a full check up before they came over so we know they don't have anything like small pox or malaria so they do not need the specialized medical care, that others who may have not seen a doctor in a while in their home country may need.
Legal immigrants even know their constitutional rights better then most people who were born here.
The foreigners that came over here illegally need protection against employers who will view the immigrants like slaves that they can pay any amount they want. Since they are here illegally the people who employ them don't have to worry about breaking the law in how they treat them because the illegals can not go to the police without risking deportation. Some illegals from certain third world countries may need a special doctor who can treat diseases that are rare in America like the above mentioned small pox and malaria, so few American doctors even recognize them.
They need to be taught certain words like exit in English so they will know how to get out of a building in an emergency.
