articles, this type of crime is seen more then you would expect.
He deserves to spend the rest of his life in prison. Nobody should go unpunished for doing that to a child. That is morally Wrong! Even if he gets deported, he should still spend the rest of his days in jail. Chances are if he is out in his country; he'll do the same thing to another little girl.
