I dont think halliburton has anything to do with "the fence"
they had enough to build 50 ft of fence and had a press conference. it didn't look much like it would hold back terrorists to me.
Although I am sure that Haliburton would be more than happy to build that fence, it wouldn't solve the problem that exists.
A more simple solution would be to cut off the free aide that illegal immigrants are currently receiving. Do that, and the problem is solved.
