Well you lost it on something that was just solved today immigration. You had the house senate and white house and couldn't get an immigration bill through. The Dems just did and the President likes it go figure.
Right now, the polls at this point don't look good for Republicans.
If Pelosi and Reed thoroughly screw up, then the GOP might have a chance.
Furthermore, when the US surge in Iraq fails, the Republicans in Congress will have to mutiny against Bush to save their seats.
