If they are illegal Immigrants why hire then at all? There are enough of U.S. citizens who need jobs to feed their families. If you are illegal then you don't belong here. If you want to be here then do it legally and apply for citizenship.
Don't hire them! They are here illegally, and to me that is the first thing that makes me not trust someone. They work for super cheap, and not enough to support themselves or their families, and they take the jobs away from people who are legal residence that will need the job. Don't promote this growing problem in our country. The country is dying and it is because we are getting too politically correct, that we don't know up from down or right from wrong anymore. Nothing against the immigrants. I have no problem with them being here, but if they are here illegally, I feel there welcome is out cold! The country is getting to be so populated with these people, I sometimes forget I am in an English country. I feel like I have taken a trip to Mexico! Everything is Espanol, and that is frustrating. Why learn their language in our country, when they don't have English everywhere in Mexico? Catch my drift? Please don't hire them, and then pay them below minimum wage! besides being illegeal i would pay them more then 5 bucks an hour, im assuimg u live in a big place so i would say 7at least b/c u have to think they have familes to support also and what is 40 bukcs going to get them for an 8 hour or whatever u know just say what u need and how many you think they want, say por favor tu trabaja(tra-ba-ha) con -pleasework for me esta da ocho or siete dollars por un hora - ill give u 8 or 7 bucks an hour so try that out, and Im sure you can do that, so good luck man, I hope i helped
i know that in sparta N.C.you can drive through the food lion parking lot, or the walmart parking lot. there are literally dozens of illegals standing around and trucks drive in all morning, a bunch of the mexicans gather around the trucks, and the people in the trucks pick out the workers that they want. they drive off with about 6 or 8 illegals, and another truck pulls up. these people are taking over many rural towns, and driving up the crime rate. we need real immigration reform, and we need to finish that fence, to stop this illegal activity
Pay them with cash, they want the job so let them have it. Just dont let them have a regular income and don ask if they are legal or not because you could just go up to anyone and ask if the could paint your house for 5$.
