Countrys that wont let you visit with drug affences?
Answer:
If the crime was considered a misdemeanor and/or you were only charged ... AND assuming you've kept your record clean of ALL other criminal charges since then ... the chances are reasonably good that they will let you in (particularly if the offence was in a nation other than the one you're intending to visit). This is based on the elapsed time between your "incident" and the time you are applying for entry.
If, however, the crime was a felony ... well, there is no statute on those. And if you do manage to get out of your hoem country, they have the right to refuse you re-entry ... because you have a felony on your record. It doesn't matter whether it was a charge or a conviction, either ... at least, not in the US and Canada.
Note that this doesn't mean your home nation WILL refuse you entry, only that they have the RIGHT to do so.
afraid not
no.
Hang on, there's a whole difference between charged and convicted. You can visit if you've been charged just not if you've been convicted.
