I want to volunteer in poor countries in Latin America, but my boyfriend doesn't want me to. Help me.?

I want to help poor children, like I said in my last question. But my boyfriend said the whole idea is stupid and said I shouldb't leave, because I will be leaving him. I do not want to leave him, he is so nice and cute! But I want to do something good! I am so confused. What should I do?

Do what your heart tells you to do. Your boyfriend is showing traits of being rather controlling. If your boyfriend truly loved you, he would support YOU and would want what was best for YOU.
Um go. If you want to, then do it and leave your loser boyfriend. If he's so "nice and cute" then he wouldn't stop you from doing what you want and helping others.

You can start helping the poor Immigrants inside the USA.
or helping the homeless inside the USA, as well.
Then, if you want to travel .... start learning the language.

Your boyfriend is a loser if he wants to hold you back from something like this. If you feel that this is what you're led to do, then do it.

My recommendation - go to Nicaragua. It is the poorest country in all of Latin America. But obviously go with a group that is going there.
