Europeans came to our countries in droves. They settled and they are still there. Most came illegally, be it as conquerors or as illegal refugees escaping famine and wars.
And our parents lived with them side by side.
I guess we were stupid. If you came today escaping some faimine or war, I'd have you shot, whites.
Everyone would condemn us the same as they're doing right now. There's no political correctness around the world for Americans as a whole.
Well in Mexico illegal immigrants would probably end up in one of those world renowned Mexican jails and with the current hostility for US citizens in Mexico it would probably be a long and uncomfortable stay. Ask Dog the bounty hunter how wonderful they (the jails) are.
In Canada I am not sure, Canadians are some pretty nice folks and may try to accommodate us for a while (maybe), well at least until there are 12 - 20 million of us anyway and then they would be just like us, they would have to do something.
10's or 100's of thousands of Canadian and "Americans" are working in Mexico with out the proper papers. Some eventually leave, most get their papers, a few get deported.
Don't forget there's a huge difference in the population, size of the economy and level of poverty.
I would encourage any northerner to come down for a few years to learn the language and culture. Just don't bring the attitude.
