I am a Canadian citizen. I would like to work in usa. How do i go about doing that?

basically, you need a employer sponsor. Go to uscis.gov for the options. H1B won't open again until April, though.
Need to go through the U.S. legal process. Sorry don't know the specifics but please do it the legal way.
