In K-1 visa. myself and my fiance stating our intentions ?

The sole purpose of applying for a K-1 visa is for a citizen to bring a non-citizen to the USA so that they can get married. Consequently saying that you are planning to get married is pointless.
I am not sure what you are trying to fill in. Is it a regular form or have you been asked for additional information. If it is for additional information, perhaps you should seriously consider seeking the advice of a reputable immigration attorney. I went through the K-1 process and do not recall anything like this, other than the usual proof that I had a relationship with my fiance.

Who and where are they asking you to state your intentions. Need more information.
Stated your intentions what ever they are. I am assuming that you are about to get married and that you want to live in the U.S. The officer wants to find out if there is any fraud.
