Why want Homeland Security won't release papers on border agents' case?

Answer:
because they're hiding something. they know they did wrong. they went agents the laws they helped make. they went agents are American Constitution. they are criminals, traitors and communists to the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
Because if they did it would prove that the agents were railroaded
There is good news f-i-n-e-l-y, just received this ..

White House will review border-agent case uproar
Tony Snow to meet with congressman, promises look at trial transcript.
White House spokesman Tony Snow said today "I think what's happened is a lot of people have differing accounts of this, and the best way to resolve them is not by having people scream at each other but by finding out what the fact record is, and that's what we're going to do".
So see screaming DOES work. :)

I think in light of the recent development, finding the ballistics did not match the border patrol agents gun, it had just gotten to the point that they could no longer "hide the truth"
