Not sure what your asking but he's been aquitted of the April 10th flag burning and other charges. Good for him.
Now I should point out it has been settled by the Supreme Court that flag burning - a US flag or any other one - is protected free speech under our constitution so he could never be charged with doing only that. In addition the flag amendment to the constitution didn't pass last year (or year before I forget).
