I have just completed my LPC in the UK, would I be able to practice Law in Australia? What do I need to do?

no! The LPC is valid for UK only
I finished my LPC in 2005, I have no idea to be honest, maybe you need to get into a firm in the UK that has offices in Australia and re-locate there? Good luck
