To replace my resident card, how can i print online from I-90?

Simply open this link http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-90.pdf... and click print.
The first link has the general information and may answer any questions you have.

The second link has the PDF file that you can quickly download to your computer and print out. Scroll to the very bottom of the page (link 2) and you'll see it under "Download."
